Applications of BBa_K2717012

We transformed the plasmids into E.coli, and inoculated them in medium supplemented with antibiotic. We measured the fluorescence intensity and OD600 and work out the average fluorescence intensity. The experimental results indicates that the introduction of hairpin structure and successfully verify the positive feedback regulation mechanism of GDH(Fig.3).
